When supplying files for Cadillac Printing, it is prefered to send them via FTP to Wellcom Adelaide. This service is secure and requires a username with appropriate password. The login information will be supplied separately to this document, either using email or phone. Please do not share your login information.

This service has an unrestricted file size. Files will be automatically deleted after 5 days.
This service can be accessed either using FTP software or a web browser. Details are below:

1. Using FTP Software (Interarchy, Fetch, Cyberduck, etc.)

Server: wellcomftp.wellcom.com.au
Username: As Supplied
Password: As Supplied
Connection Mode: Default (Passive or Active)

Directions:
Using your FTP software log onto the server using the above information. Refer to the screen capture for an example, if necessary. Adjust the Username & Password as necessary. Once your file has been copied onto the server an email will be automatically generated to advise Wellcom. However, it is always a good idea to either phone or send an email to alert the fact that the file is ready for downloading.

2. Using a Web Browser (Safari, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, etc.)

Address: wellcomftp.wellcom.com.au (Do not include 'www')
Username: As Supplied
Password: As Supplied

Directions:
Open your browser and log onto the server using the above information. Refer to the screen capture for an example, if necessary. Adjust the Username & Password as necessary. Once logged in, click the 'Upload File(s)' button, select the number of files you wish to upload from the drop down menu, locate the files and upload.

Once your file has been uploaded onto the server an email will be automatically generated to advise Wellcom. However, it is always a good idea to either phone or send an email to alert the fact that the file is ready for downloading.
